Prepare apple and cinnamon cake
You can buy the necessary ingredients in our supermarket 🔸 Flour - 500 gr 🔸 Butter - 150 - 200 gr 🔸 Apples - 4-5 pieces (depending on size) 🔸 Sugar - 100 gr 🔸 Vanilla and cinnamon (to taste) Mix flour and butter at room temperature, knead the dough, which does not stick to your hands. (If necessary, you can use 15-20 ml of cold water for packing). Place the prepared dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut the apples into medium-sized pieces, place in a bowl, add sugar, cinnamon and vanilla, mix the ingredients well. Roll the dough into a cake tin to a thickness of about 5 mm, cut the dough mass with the tip of a fork to move the air, place the apples and spread a second layer of thin dough on top. Place the apple pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. (Baking time may increase or decrease depending on the oven temperature)
