La Mole biscuits - 400 gramsMascarpone - 500 gramsSugar - 125 gramsEggs - 2 piecesCocoaCoffeeBrand / liqueur¶ ¶ ¶ ¶ ¶ ¶ ¶ Separate the egg yolks and egg whites, whisk egg yolks and sugar (preferably steam on water for 10-15 minutes) Also whisk egg whites.¶ Mix the egg yolk with the mascarpone and then the base.¶ In a separate bowl, cool the coffee and add the desired alcohol.¶ Put the "La Mole" biscuit for second in the coffee and place it in the desired dish in one layer, pour the cream and then sprinkle with cocoa, as well as make the second layer.¶ Tiramisu is already ready, put it in the fridge (preferably 24 hours) but as soon as it cools you can serve
