Buy strawberries in any supermarket of Fresco chain and prepare a delicious dessert: Strawberry Tart  Ingredients needed: Dough: Flour - 250 grButter - 150 grEgg yolk - 2 piecesPowdered sugar - 100 grSalt - 5 grSoda - 5 grCold water - 2-3 tbsp       Cream: Milk - 500 mlEggs - 2 piecesSugar - 150-200 grFlour - 70 grButter - 150 gr     To remove: Strawberries - 500 gr We prepare the dough: Mix the dry ingredients together, put the cold butter cubes and prepare a loose mass, add the egg yolks, mix and if necessary add cold water to knead the dough. Roll out the dough, place in a pastry bag and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes. Roll out the cold dough and roll it to a thickness of 3-4 mm, place it in the shape of a 24-26 diameter cake. Cut the heart with a fork, place parchment paper on the cake and put beans or buckwheat inside so that the heart does not swell during baking. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, then remove the weight placed on the parchment and continue the baking process for another 15 minutes, the baking time also depends on the heat of your oven.  Cream:  Prepare a traditional cream: add sugar, mix eggs, add flour and mix the ingredients well. Add warm milk, mix the ingredients in milk and place the bowl on low heat, stir until thickened. Cool the resulting mass and add butter / vanilla to the cold cream. Assembly: Place the cream in the baked tart and sprinkle with strawberries on top
