 1/2 cup of Quinoa  100 g of cauliflowerTomatoes1 piece of zucchini1/2 Bulgarian pepper2 tbsp. lemon juiceBalsamic vinegar (optional)Salt to taste        We start by cooking quinoa! For 1/2 cup of quinoa seeds you will need 1 cup of water. Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Then remove and pat dry. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil so that the vegetables do not burn. Put the vegetables you prefer on the fire for a while to soften them. When the vegetables are ready, cut them and place them together with the cinnamon, add lemon juice, a little balsamic vinegar and salt to taste. After preparing this salad, you will be convinced once again that diet does not mean tasteless
