We were able to attend a special culinary event within the framework of the Italian Week!
Today, a wonderful master class by the famous Italian chef Stefano Scarso was held at the Fresco Didi Dighomi branch.
Stefano introduced the audience to the technology of making Italian pasta, told the history of Italian cuisine, and also shared his professional experience and tips.
