Sofia Kordzakhia takes up the position of “Fresco” General Director

A change in Fresco Staff: on February 1, 2016 Ms. Sofia Kordzakhia was appointed as a General Director of the Company Fresco. Former General Director of the Company, Ms. Nestan Butskrikhidze, who headed “Fresco” from spring 2015 till the year 2016,[more] continues to work in the Company as a Board member and Deputy General Director of the Company in legal issues. Ms. Nestan Butskrikhidze is employed by Fresco since the day of its establishment. She is a professional of her field and is a devoted member of the Company, for what the Company is grateful to her. General Director of the Company Sofia Kordzakhia was born on October 14, 1984; she is married with two children. Sofia Kordzakhia holds Master’s Degree in Financial Sciences of Otto von Guericke University (Germany). She used to study at Northern State University (USA) as well. In 2009-2011 she worked as a lecturer at IvaneJavakhishvili Tbilisi State University.  The Company’s new General Director has a broad experience of working on top-managerial positions. During the last 10 years Sofia Kordzakhia has occupied different leading positions at ProCredit Bank. Since 2014 she worked as a Director of ProCredit Bank and since 2013, she was a member of the expanded management of the bank. She also used to head Human Resources Department, Financial Department, IT Department, Internal Service Department and Department of compliance and prevention of legalization of illicit incomes at different points of her career in ProCredit Bank. In 2014 she successfully completed the 3-year Course of ProCredit Academy for top-management and in 2011 ProCredit regional Academy in Macedonia. “Fresco” is a financially strong and successful group.
