Frozen yogurt is a delicious dessert with rich creamy taste but less sugar and calories. I share with you a simple recipe for its preparation, the ingredients of which you can buy in our supermarkets: 1 1/2 cups plain milk yogurt1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt1 vanilla1/2 cup of sugar3 tablespoons of honey1/2 cup of raspberries1/2 cup blueberries Mix vanilla with 1/2 cup of sugar. Whisk yogurt, sugar and honey in a bowl. Mix 1 1/2 cups plain milk yogurt, 2 1/2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt, and 3 tablespoons honey. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and freeze in the freezer. Remove the ice cream from the freezer and garnish with berries
