In February 2016, she was appointed as the General Director of Fresco. Since 2012, she had been a member of the management team of Procredit Bank. From 2014 to 2016, as a member of the Board of Directors / Director of Procredit Bank, she headed the Departments of Finance, Accounting and Reporting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Administration, Internal Services, Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
In 2014, Sofia graduated from the Procredit Academy for Top Managers (Germany), and in 2011 from the Procredit Regional Academy (North Macedonia). In 2009, she received a Master’s degree in Financial Sciences (Germany). She has also completed higher education in Georgia, the United States, and Germany.
